Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. If an item is out of stock we will let you know before dispatch.

United Kingdom

UK orders are dispatched from stock held in the United Kingdom.

• Free standard delivery on every UK order. No minimum spend.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

UK prices include VAT, and UK deliveries have no import duties or customs charges to pay on arrival.

Europe

• Standard delivery is complimentary on every order to Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Monaco, Iceland and Ukraine. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
• Express delivery is available at checkout for a small charge where the carrier offers it.

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from the time you place your order. If the carrier is delayed, a parcel is lost or another delivery problem occurs, contact us so we can investigate and resolve it. For consumer orders sent with a carrier we offer, the goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights, including any right to cancel or obtain a refund where delivery is not made as legally required. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct; we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us.

Duties and taxes

We are registered for UK VAT (GB 529 4163 80). Prices shown to United Kingdom customers include UK VAT, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival. For deliveries to the European Union, any applicable duties and taxes are shown and collected at checkout where indicated, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival. For destinations where duties are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any import charges levied by the local authority.

Products that cannot travel by air

Tape removal solutions are classed as flammable and travel by road only, so they cannot be sent by express air services. If you order a removal product together with other items and need those other items quickly, please place two separate orders.

Tracking and delivery problems

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email info@hadrillhair.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
